At O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat, we’ve carefully designed our spaces to ensure our guests have the opportunity to experience and enjoy the rainforest, regardless of their accessibility needs. Across our accommodation, facilities and experiences, we work hard to create stays that feel welcoming, inclusive, comfortable and easier to navigate.

Wheelchair-Friendly Facilities

O’Reilly’s offers a range of wheelchair-friendly facilities for both in-house guests and day visitors.

Wheelchair-friendly bathroom facilities are available near the Mountain Café, with accessible parking bays located nearby. Guests can easily access the Rooftop Bar via elevator and enjoy the views, drinks and dining.

Facilities including the Mountain Café, Rainforest Bar and other public areas may also suit wheelchair users, depending on individual accessibility needs.

Accessible Nature Experiences

Guests using wheelchairs can enjoy a range of rainforest experiences and activities with assistance.

The Tree Top Walk is accessible with assistance and offers a special way to experience the rainforest canopy from a series of suspension bridges. Some nearby walking areas, including the Python Rock Track, may also suit wheelchair users depending on track conditions, weather and individual mobility needs.

There are also several on-site activities that are suitable for guests using wheelchairs or with limited mobility. Please check in with our freindly reception team for more information and special assistance.
