These Terms apply to bookings and services provided by National Park Pty. Limited (ABN 68 009 661 367), trading as O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat (“O’Reilly’s”, “we”, “us”). This includes O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat, the Villas, Pat’s Farm, Stockyard Creek, O’Reilly’s Campground and the Lost World Spa. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

1. Bookings

1.1 Confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when payment of the required deposit or full amount has been successfully processed and we have sent you a confirmation with a booking number. We will do our best to meet room requests, but room allocations cannot be guaranteed.

1.2 Deposits and payment. A deposit is required to confirm all bookings, with the amount determined by the selected rate or package. For stays at the Retreat, Villas and Stockyard Creek, the remaining balance is payable on arrival. Sale and promotional rates must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFTPOS and cash. Personal cheques are not accepted.

1.3 Bookings by phone and our AI assistant. Calls to our Reservations and Reception lines may be answered by an AI assistant operating on our behalf. The assistant can answer general questions and collect the details needed to prepare a booking request, but cannot process payments or confirm bookings.

All bookings made by phone, whether through our team or the AI assistant, remain provisional until a team member has reviewed the request, the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been sent. The rates, dates and conditions stated in your written confirmation apply. Information provided by phone is general, and prices and availability may change until your booking is confirmed.

You may request to speak with a team member during staffed hours, from 8am to 8pm. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

1.4 Minimum stays. Villas require a minimum stay of two nights year round. Some rates, packages and dates carry their own minimum stay- which will be shown at the time of booking.

1.5 Check-in and check-out. Check-in is available as soon as your room is ready. We aim to have all rooms ready by 3pm. Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. You are welcome to arrive earlier and leave your luggage at Reception while you enjoy the grounds and facilities.

1.6 Dietary requirements. Please advise us of any dietary requirements, allergies or food sensitivities before your arrival. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, our kitchens have limitations, and we cannot guarantee meals will be completely free from allergens.

1.7 Pricing errors. We make every effort to ensure prices displayed on our website and booking platforms, or quoted by phone, are accurate. If a booking is made at a clearly incorrect price, we may correct the price or cancel the booking, including after confirmation. If we cancel your booking for this reason, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of all amounts paid.

2. Cancellations and changes — Retreat, Villas and Stockyard Creek

• Cancellations more than seven days before arrival: full refund.
• Cancellations within seven days of arrival, or no-show: the first night is charged.
• Shortening your stay on arrival or during your stay may incur a charge.
• Sale rates are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
• Postponements within seven days of arrival incur a $100 service fee. Postponed stays must be rebooked to take place within six months of the original arrival date. If they are not, the deposit is retained.

Christmas and Easter stays: cancellations more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, or no-show, are charged the first night.

We recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pat’s Farm

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable seven days before arrival.
• Promotional and sale rates require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
• Check-in is from 3pm; check-out is by 11am.
• On the day of arrival we will send an SMS with your farm gate code and your Pat’s Farm Chalet number. There is no need to stop at Reception; follow the signs to your Chalet.
• Room allocations cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations: more than seven days before arrival, full refund. Within seven days of arrival, or no-show, the first night is charged. Shortening your stay on arrival or during your stay will incur a charge. Sale rates are non-refundable and cannot be changed. We recommend travel insurance.

Accessibility: Chalet #1 is designed for full accessibility, with wheelchair-friendly access, extra-wide entry points, an extended deck and a fully accessible bathroom and shower. If you need a wheelchair-friendly chalet, please tell us when booking. Subject to availability.

Pet-friendly chalet (Pat’s Farm only): one chalet is available for guests with small house dogs under 20kg. Dogs must be quiet, under control, house-trained and must not chase cattle. We provide a dog bed and two bowls. A $100 cleaning fee applies per dog. Please request the pet-friendly chalet when booking. Subject to availability. Dogs are not permitted at O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat, the Café, the day facilities or on walking tracks within Lamington National Park. Dogs may walk around Pat’s Farm and to Pat’s Bluff, on a leash at all times.

4. O’Reilly’s Campground

• Full payment is required at the time of booking. Campground bookings are not refundable, but you may change your dates as set out below.
• More than 30 days before arrival: you may choose new dates and transfer your payment at no extra cost, subject to availability.
• Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: you may choose new dates and transfer your payment
• Date changes within seven days of arrival incur a $50 fee.
• Site allocations can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

5. Payment plans

All installments must be paid by seven days before your arrival date. Please make sure the nominated card has sufficient funds for each installment. If an installment fails, we will contact you and allow 5 business days to pay before cancelling your booking.

6. Gift Vouchers

• Gift Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Gift Vouchers can be used for accommodation, activities, Gift Shop merchandise and Lost World Spa treatments. They are not valid at Pat’s Farm or Canungra Valley Vineyards.
• All accommodation and services are subject to availability at the time of booking. To redeem a Gift Voucher, call 07 5502 4911 or visit oreillys.com.au and enter your voucher code when booking. Voucher acceptance is subject to verification upon receipt of your booking.
• Gift Vouchers may only be used by the nominated recipient. If your spend exceeds the voucher value, the difference is payable under these Terms. Please present the original voucher at check-in at Reception.
• We cannot replace Gift Vouchers that are lost, stolen or destroyed, or accept vouchers that have been copied or altered.

7. App Sign-Up Rewards

Bird seed: present your QR code at the Gift Shop for a complimentary tray of bird seed. One tray per app user for one-time use only.

Accommodation: stay 10 times and receive a complimentary night.

• Retreat: One night in a Mountain View Room for up to 2 adults and 2 children.
• Villa: One night in a Villa for up to 4 adults (Villas have a two-night minimum year round).
• Campground: One night in an Altitude Campsite.
• Safari Tents: One night in a Safari Tent.
• Not available for stays or redemption at Pat’s Farm or Stockyard Creek.

A valid QR code must be presented for redemption at check-in. Valid for stays Monday to Thursday inclusive, subject to availability and block-out dates. Advance bookings are required; please call 07 5502 4911. Paid room upgrades are not available. This offer is non-transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is not redeemable for cash. Valid for 12 months.

Activities: Book any 10 activities and receive a voucher for one Discovery Program activity (excludes E-Bikes and photography workshops). Subject to availability; bookings required. Valid for 12 months.


Spa: Book any 10 Spa treatments and receive a complimentary 60-minute Relaxation Massage. Valid Monday to Thursday. Subject to availability; bookings in advance are required. Valid for 12 months.

This website, including all pages under oreillys.com.au and any page that links to these Terms with our authorisation, is owned and operated by National Park Pty. Limited (ABN 68 009 661 367). All information, text, graphics, logos and other content is owned by us or used with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Additional terms may apply to particular services and will be provided where applicable.

Information on this website. We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date and provide it in good faith. Information, prices and offers may change, and offers may be withdrawn. Illustrations and photographs are indicative only. This website does not constitute a contract of sale. Views expressed by contributors and advertisers do not necessarily reflect our views. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for errors or omissions on this website.

9. Getting here

A 20-tonne load limit applies on Lamington National Park Road. Vehicles over 20 tonnes need an exemption permit from the Department of Transport and Main Roads.

Our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages provide information and a space for our community to connect. Views expressed by other users do not necessarily reflect those of O’Reilly’s or our partners.

We may review, edit or remove comments that are abusive, defamatory, obscene, harassing or off-topic; infringe copyright or another person’s privacy; contain offensive language or hate speech; or promote other businesses. We may also block users who do not follow these guidelines.

Official O’Reilly’s posts are identified by our logo or profile photo. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information posted by other users.

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
