Walk the Historic Stockyard Track
Celebrate 100 years of O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat.
Step into O’Reilly’s history on the historic Stockyard Track. This full-day guided journey along the rugged route that once connected the O’Reilly family to the outside world, long before there was road access to O’Reilly’s. This historic trail was the main passage for guests, supplies and packhorses travelling to the mountain, shaping the story of O’Reilly’s from the very beginning.
Please Note: This walk is almost entirely downhill, which can be hard on the knees. 8 hour total return time – includes bus transfer back. Expect rough, uneven footing in places. A moderate level of fitness is required and bookings are essential.
