The balloon ride is not considered suitable for wheelchair users. The breakfast venue offers accessible parking, wheelchair access and an accessible bathroom.

The hot air balloon service provider is Hot Air Balloon Gold Coast. By purchasing a ticket to this event you are agreeing to the Hot Air Balloon Terms and Conditions.
The decision to cancel or postpone the hot air balloon flight due to weather conditions will be made in accordance with Section 4 of Hot Air Ballooning Gold Coast’s Terms and Conditions. If weather conditions are unfavourable on the day, Hot Air Balloon will contact ticket holders directly.
If the event is postponed, it will be rescheduled for the following weekend. Should the weather remain unsuitable, a voucher will be issued for Hot Air Ballooning on a new date. The Producers Breakfast will still take place at the vineyard on the rescheduled weekend, even if the flight is cancelled.
