FAQ

Here are a few important notices plus frequent questions from previous visitors.

What do I type into my GPS?

Some iPhone Maps will take you towards Binna Burra. This is incorrect. Instead please type in Kidston Street, Canungra. Once you reach The Canungra Hotel, Turn on Kidston Street off the main Road in Canungra (Nerang Beaudesert Road) and it turns into Lamington National Park Road. You will need to stay on this road as it takes you up the mountain, through the rainforest to O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat.

Hint: If you pass O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyards you’re heading the right way.  Also, please be advised that Duck Creek Road, which is an alternate road to O’Reilly’s – is completely closed. Do not try and use this road to get to the Retreat.

NOTE: **Road works are currently in progress along Lamington National Park Road. We apologise for any inconvenience or delays. We recommend you allow extra travel time and follow speed limits. For more information please refer to Main Roads. **
