Important Information About Your Villa Check-In
We look forward to welcoming you to O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat.
O’Reilly’s Villas are now equipped with automated door locks, allowing you to proceed directly to your Villa upon arrival without needing to visit Reception to collect keys.
If there is any outstanding balance on your accommodation booking, this will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Should you wish to use an alternative payment method, please contact our team at your earliest convenience.
On the day of your arrival, you will receive an SMS containing your Villa number and unique access code. A second SMS will be sent as soon as your Villa is ready for check-in.
Once you receive this notification, you may drive directly to your Villa and begin enjoying your stay.
A range of activities and experiences can be booked via our website or by scanning the QR code located inside your Villa.
On the day of departure, you will receive a final SMS message. We kindly ask that you reply once you have departed so we can confirm your check-out.
