We’re celebrating 100 years of O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat. Join us for Billy Tea and Damper every weekend on the Guest House lawn.  Day visitors and large groups welcome!

Tree Top Walk

Perfect for all ages, this world-first suspension bridge lets you step into the rainforest canopy and experience life high above the forest floor.

Stroll along for 180 metres at approximately 15 metres above the rainforest floor and take in a view few get to see.

Visit The Stinson Plane

Visit the replica Stinson plane and discover the incredible story behind the 1937 crash. Learn how experienced bushman Bernard O’Reilly, along with local residents, braved the rugged Lamington National Park terrain to rescue the survivors. 

Explore Walking Tracks

Lamington National Park boasts an extensive network of walking trails that weave through some of Queensland’s most breathtaking rainforest landscapes. Every step offers a chance to discover something new.

Daily Bird Feeding

Meet some of the rainforest’s most colourful residents by feeding the wild birds, including vibrant Crimson Rosellas and the iconic King Parrots. An interactive experience for guests of all ages and a chance to watch these birds in their natural habitat as they swoop and sing around you.
