This is a more personal way to experience the mountain, ideal for keen birdwatchers, photographers, nature lovers, families, or guests simply wanting the insight and flexibility of a dedicated guide.
From short interpretive walks to half-day or extended adventures, each private guiding experience is shaped around your interests, mobility and preferred level of activity.
Private guiding can be tailored to your interests, from specialist birding walks offering the best chance to locate and photograph species such as the Paradise Riflebird, Rufous Scrub-bird and Albert’s Lyrebird, to waterfall photography experiences, rainforest discovery walks, scenic lookouts, forest interpretation, and heritage-inspired journeys that uncover the rich story of the O’Reilly family and Lamington National Park.
